The public site does not accept proposal files. Before you share a live application, we will explain where files go, how long we keep them, and who helps us process them.
Current data boundary
The brief form collects interest, not proposals.
You can request a guide or email us about a pilot. Do not send proposal documents, budgets, unpublished research, reviewer comments, or partner details.

| Retention | Requests without update consent are kept for 90 days. Consented update records are kept until withdrawal or 24 months after the last relevant message. |

Processing
Files are handled in a locked system
The system uses only the access it needs. Document checks run alone. Proposal text does not enter logs.
Deletion
Every copy follows one deletion date
This includes original files, extracted text, images, model inputs, results, and backups.
Product limits
Clear limits protect you.
GrantPreflight is an independent check. It cannot approve an application or replace advice from the funder, university, or research office.
Current public website accepts no proposal files. Do not send proposal documents to the public mailbox. A secure transfer method must be agreed before any pilot file is shared.
